2020~2021 SVE PTO Board

Brittney Hadden~ President

Hi everyone! My name is Brittney and I am the SVE PTO President! I am happily married to my husband Chris, who is often 'voluntold' with many PTO tasks and I couldn't be anymore appreciative of his kind heart. We have 3 children; Owen who is in 4th grade, Parker who is Kindergarten, and Natalie who just turned 1 in August. In addition to this lovely bunch, we also have one of the sweetest boxers you will ever meet named Daisy. Based off of her name, you can guess we are huge Disney fans and try to visit Disney World as often as possible; we just can't help ourselves! I love talking and getting to know people, so please don't be shy around me and introduce yourself; I'll most likely greet you with a smile :-D As your PTO President, I am excited to get to know you and share your enthusiasm for the upcoming school year!

Whitney Clark ~ Vice President

Hi! My name is Whitney Clark and I am the SVES PTO Vice President for the 2020/21 and 2021/22 school years.  My family and I live in the Mohrsville area and are active members of the community through all the multitude of activities our children partake in. We have three children – Luke just finished 5th, Zoe just finished 3rd, and Morgan just finished 1st grade.  My long-suffering husband Jonathan usually shows up to help and volunteer where and when he is needed, sometimes even without being asked!  We are currently between inside pets, but we do have 3 chickens in the backyard.  I am the chair of the Someone Special Dances and a Homeroom Parent.  Apart from volunteering for various events with the PTO I am also a parent volunteer for a couple of our local swim teams (summer and winter), I am a volunteer coach for SV Youth Field Hockey, and support our son is his many Boy Scout adventures. All our spare time is spent at our cabin in the Laurel Highlands or in Myrtle Beach (especially in the winter when no one is there!).  I am looking forward to taking my volunteerism from participant to facilitator and can’t wait to help foster excitement and involvement in our SVESPTO sponsored programs and activities!

Amanda Folk~ Treasurer

Hello Everyone! My Name is Amanda Folk and I am your SVEPTO Treasurer for 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 school years. I have two "step" children, Jordan going into 5th and Lexi going into 3rd, they are my world and I have tried to support them in their school life. Their father, my husband and their mother and stepfather all come together to foster a blended upbringing. You will often see us all on the sidelines or bleachers cheering them on together. I also have been committee head of spirit wear this last year but have helped in many other ways with volunteering as a homeroom parent for both kids and fall fest and field days. While my husband Andre and I do not currently live in the district though it has been a great school with a wonderful community for our children to grow and start their journey in life. I am also a hairstylist at Ulta in Wyomissing and have a wonderful Dorkie (Dog) named Harley who is my little fur ball baby! I join the board in very uncertain times but know we are all in this together, SV is a family so don't hesitate to ask your questions or try to volunteer with whatever events or fundraisers we are able to do! Looking forward to meeting you all either virtually and then in person!!!!
